The polish will have a gritty texture due to large particle glow it the dark pigment. Glitter grabber or thicker top coat may be required.

Notes from The maker:
To make the polish glow in the dark you either expose it to the sun through the day (3+ hours) or use black light for extended period of time ( exposing to black light for a moment will make the polish glow only as long) Think of how we charge our phones. It takes time before phones are fully charged, the same thing happens with this pigment, the longer you expose it to UV light the longer it will glow:-)
The glow intensity will depend upon exposure to sun and/or how many coats you are putting on.
