This topper is ONE of a kind. Array of holo multi chromatic glitters in different shapes and sizes that range from orange/green/red/pink. Gold reflective glitters are added as well.
They are definitely more "punchy" over black but no matter what base you put this over you will see different tones of orange, green, gold, pink, light blue and more!
Very sparkly! PERFECT for HALLOWEEN as well.
Recommend to shake the bottle well or leave it upside down for few minutes to get the larger hexes out!
